Pam Glass is a Senior Accounting Manager at LRZ Outsourced Accounting & Bookkeeping. She currently serves as Controller for small and mid-sized government contractors, where she oversees the full accounting and finance functions. Before joining LRZ Consulting, Pam served as Controller at a government contractor, where she managed the entire accounting department, and led the implementation of Deltek Costpoint as the new accounting and timekeeping system for the company. She has extensive experience with government contractors, having worked within the industry for over fifteen years.
Pam began her career as a financial statement auditor, working with government contractors, as well as software and technology companies. She completed her undergraduate education at Virginia Tech, and received a master’s degree in accounting from George Mason University.
